At Concept IT we recruit new consultants from a range of different backgrounds. You may be a graduate, currently working in sales or an experienced recruitment consultant. What we are really looking is for individuals that have an overwhelming desire for success who want a challenging and -diverse role, but will show undeterred commitment and persistence to achieve their goals.

Your progression at Concept IT is completely up to you. We promote on the basis of success and results not length of service. There is no end to promotion for those who are committed to achieving their targets. You will have a personal development plan specifically designed for you to help you reach the next stage in your career. How quickly you achieve those goals depends on your effort and above all; your success.

There really is no limit on how much you can earn; we offer competitive salaries and a very generous commission scheme. Your first year will always be the hardest with expected earnings between £25,000 - £40,000. Our highest achievers will earn in excess of £100,000 this year including company cars, extra holidays and company weekends away in 5 star hotels in the UK and Europe. The more successful you become the more you will earn!
