Remuneration
As a trainee you will be paid a basic salary of £16,000 to £18,000 (dependant on experience), once you start generating revenue (placing candidates with clients for a fee) you will benefit from a very generous uncapped commission scheme. Realistically in your first year you should expect to earn £25,000-£40,000. However, thanks to uncapped commission, the more successful you are, the more you will earn!

Incentives
At Concept IT we run regular incentive schemes for you to enjoy and work towards. These are based on all sorts of targets for example, revenue, KPI’s, best achiever, best new trainee and many more. Some of the incentives include paid meals at top restaurants in Birmingham City Centre, fully expensed five star UK & European weekend breaks and top achiever awards.

We also offer consultants the opportunity to join our company car scheme over a 6 month period. If you achieve your targets you will receive a fully expensed company car. Our company car’s range from Golf 2.0 TDI to a BMW 3 series or Porsche Boxster.

All of our incentives are designed to encourage you to progress in your role, so the incentives are achievable but will require determination and hard work!
