We are currently recruiting for both exceptional graduate trainees and experienced recruitment consultants. Opportunities also exist at management level for experienced recruitment consultants with the ability to grow and manage successful recruitment teams.

The role is varied and diverse and will only suit those who can work in a fast paced, challenging environment. At Concept Resourcing being a successful Recruitment Consultant is not about working 9 till 5, it’s about ambition, determination and commitment.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Build and develop strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates
  • Develop a strong network of candidates through professional networking, headhunting, advertising and utilising databases
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and manage the recruitment process which includes writing adverts, resourcing candidates, short listing candidates, managing the interview process and negotiating salary packages
  • Negotiating terms
  • Attending client meetings
  • Building your own business
  • Meeting targets, earning great commission and winning superb incentives
